2) Get matched free with licensed patent and trademark professionals

After you submit your information, we look for a good fit based on your goals and the type of IP you need help with.

We connect you with licensed professionals such as a patent attorney, a registered patent agent, or a trademark attorney (licensed to practice in the relevant area). This is designed to help you find someone who can explain next steps, review your situation, and answer your questions.

3) Compare flat-fee quotes (no pressure)

When professionals respond, they may offer flat-fee options. A flat fee is a set price for defined work—rather than billing by the hour or using a percentage.

You can compare what’s included in each quote, such as scope, timing, and deliverables. If you’re asked to share details beyond the initial non-confidential summary, you should do it only with the professional you choose.

4) Choose who to hire (you stay in control)
